150cc Bottle

The 150cc bottle can fit up to 90 single zero capsules

200cc Bottle

Label Size: 2.75×7
Lid Size: 38mm
The 200cc bottle can fit up to 90 double zero capsules and 100 single zero capsules comfortable with cotton. This is a good option if you still want to go with 60 capsules of either size but create a larger shelf presence.

225cc Bottle

Label Size: 2.75×7
Lid Size: 45mm
The 225cc bottle can fit 120 double zero capsules without room for cotton. This give a clean look and works well for many people. 100 double zero capsules if you want cotton in the bottle.

250cc Bottle

Label Size: Varies depending on customer preference.

500cc Bottle

Label Size: 3.25″x9.5″

The most capsules that we put into a 500cc has been 240 capsules. Very large bottle with great shelf presence.

8oz Jar

8oz Jar (available in black hdpe)
Label Size: 2.2×8

Lid Size: 70mm (available colors are black, pink, blue, green, silver, yellow, green, purple and red)

The 8oz bottle is great for lighter powders. Depending on the density of the powder we usually cap the amount of powder at 150 grams total. Great for saving on shipping cost when sending large volumes. You can fit around 2200 bottle per pallet if boxed correctly.

16oz Jar

Label Size: 2.2×11.25

Lid Size: 89mm (available colors are black, pink, blue, green, silver, yellow, green, purple and red)

The 16oz bottle is great for medium volume powders. The maximum amount of volume we usually put in this container is 240 grams depending on the density of the powder. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size. 240 grams of a more granular pre workout type powder fits much differently than say a powder for a nitric oxide product which can take up to 50% in additional space.

19oz Jar

Label Size: 3.125×11.25

The 19oz bottle is probably the most widely used jar for pre workout powders. It can comfortable fit up to 375 grams of a granular powder. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size.

25oz Jar

Label Size: 4×11.25 HDPE: Can be sized the same or slightly larger depending on customer preference.

Lid Size: 89mm (available colors are black, pink, blue, green, silver, yellow, green, purple and red)

The 25oz jar is great if you want to create a better shelf presence for a product that could alternatively fit in a smaller jar. It can comfortable fit up to 500 grams of a granular powder. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size.

44oz jar

Label Size: 3×15(there are ridges on the top and bottom of this jar. This sizing allows for a comfortable fit for the label)

Lid Size: 120mm (colors available are black and white)

The 44oz jar can comfortable fit up to 550-600 grams of a granular powder. We wouldn’t suggest going over 550 grams. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size.

55oz Jar

Label Size: 4×15(there are ridges on the top and bottom of this jar. This sizing allows for a comfortable fit for the label)

Lid Size: 120mm(colors available are black and white)

The 55oz jar can comfortable fit up to 600-700 grams of a granular powder. We wouldn’t suggest going over 650 grams. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size.

125oz/1-gallon Jar

Label Size (5.6 x 13.25 inches – the length can go up to 17.85 on these jars)

Lid Size: 110mm for the 125oz (available colors are black, white, blue and silver) 120mm for the 128oz (available colors are black and white with deep skirt options)

The 125oz jar can comfortable fit up to 1500-2000 grams of a granular powder. We wouldn’t suggest going over 1500 grams. This is the most common and popular jar for the 2lb proteins. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size.

2 Gallon Jar

Label Size (6×18-the length can go up to 22.35 on these jars)

Lid Size: 120mm (available colors are black and white)

The 2-gallon jar can comfortable fit up to 2240-3500 grams of a granular powder. We wouldn’t suggest going over 3000 grams. This is the most common and popular jar for the 5lb proteins. Powders that have more hygroscopic ingredients that require a significant amount of silicon dioxide to prevent clumping should be moved up to the next size which would be a bucket.
