Cider Vinegar Balsamic

375 ml / 250 ml / Made exclusively from raw apple juice from four varieties of non-genetically modified apples all taken directly from the branches, never from the ground.

Characteristics

  • Fermentation in French oak vats for more than two years allowing the mother vinegar to fully develop enzymes that nourish the product;
  • Strict temperature, atmospheric pressure, oxygen and humidity controls of the oak vats;
  • Preservation of the sodium content of the original apples allowing the acidity of the cider vinegar to become alkaline when absorbed by the digestive system in the digestive system;
  • Unfiltered, not pasteurized, no preservatives, no chemicals additives and no expiration date;
  • Balanced naturally and slowly at 4.5% acetic acid (not diluted with water), which is what the body normally requires for a proper pH balance and lower than the level found in brand-names balsamic wine vinegars;
  • Use of opaque glass bottle which is characteristic of balsamic products and, to avoid the contamination of the product from the use of a plastic bottle;
  • After its two years fermentation process, use of different kinds of barrels over in additional period of three years in order to obtain its very specific color, taste and aroma;
  • Very refined taste, which enables us to classify our balsamic type real handcrafted cider vinegar among the best balsamic vinegars available on the market.
