  • Made exclusively from raw apple juice from four varieties of non-genetically modified apples all taken directly from the branches, never from the ground;
  • Fermentation in French oak vats for more than two years allowing the mother vinegar to fully develop enzymes that nourish the product;
  • Strict temperature, atmospheric pressure, oxygen and humidity controls of the oak vats;
  • Preservation of the sodium content of the original apples allowing the acidity of the cider vinegar to become alkaline when absorbed by the digestive system in the digestive system;
  • Unfiltered, not pasteurized, no preservatives, no chemicals additives and no expiration date;
  • Balanced naturally and slowly at 4.5% acetic acid, which is what the body normally requires for a proper pH balance;
  • Use of transparent glass bottle in order to see the living quality of the mother vinegar and, to avoid the contamination of the product from the use of a plastic bottle;
