Characteristics

Capsules - Capsules have a slight soy odor and no acetic acid odor is present. Our capsules are totally health safe due to the process used and to the use of our natural real handcrafted cider vinegar in liquid form. Each capsule corresponds to about 0.5 fl.oz. (15 ml) of liquid real hancrafted cider vinegar. This format is also convenient for the office or traveling.

Lyophilization of the cider vinegar

Lyophilization is a freeze-drying process which preserves the therapeutic properties and nutritional values of our real handcrafted cider vinegar. Interestingly, the mother vinegar, very rich in enzymes, is still alive in each capsule in a similar fashion as for the brewers' yeast.

Soy as the isolate

Non-genetically modified and hypoallergenic hydrolyzate soy contains a large amount of proteins that enriches our capsules of cider vinegar. Soy also contains folic acids, which is excellent for preventing osteoporosis.
