Molasse Powder (Certified Kosher)

Molasse powder is natural, free-flowing aggregates with the rich flavor, light brown color and sweetness of refinery syrup and cane mil molasses.

The distinctive characteristic compliment and enhance sweet and savory flavors, and add body and mouth feel to bakery, cereal, confections, prepared foods, soups and seasonings.

Molasses is certified Kosher for Passover and contains no starch carriers or flow agents, and are ideal for use in liquid and dry conventional and natural foods applications. Low moisture content results in excellent shelf-stable products, which do not support microbiological growth. The ingredients are available in conventional and organic varieties.
